Roseann Tiberi

Roseann brings several years of experience in all aspects of management and strategy primarily focusing on the important role of developing people into leaders, anticipating company growth and enabling an organization to reach maximum goals.

As the Chief People Officer, Roseann is an HR strategist that helps us to grow the organization and leadership into the most sustainable way possible to ensure that Savvy has the best-in-class talent to solve our clients’ evolving needs. She is also instrumental in creating an unsurpassed employment experience for our team members.

Prior to joining Savvy, Roseann served in top HR roles in the Engineering, Airline, Water Filtration and Advertising industries where she led company-wide organizational redesign and staffing efforts as well as initiatives to improve productivity and expand efficiencies within company teams. She has been responsible for developing the strategy to increase the performance, utilization, and engagement of many workforces.

Roseann holds a master’s degree in human resources and dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and psychology.
