When you walk into our office, the first thing you see (besides our beautiful faces) are our trophy cases full of Tellys and framed Aster Awards. They aren’t just there to show off (although we are very proud of them), they also serve as a little reminder to us that the hard work, long hours, countless emails, script revisions, etc. are worth it. Being a small agency, we don’t have the luxury of delegating the grunt work that goes into every project and sometimes it can be overwhelming, but looking at those awards and knowing we beat out other agencies with more than twice the staff, is extremely rewarding. We were awarded 6 Tellys in 2016 alone! It just goes to show that hard work does pays off.
